ECO-Q-Rohr
The ECO-Q-Rohr system is the only indoor explosion
device recognized worldwide by NFPA 68 and accepted by VDI 3673!
The effectivity, venting capability and flame burn resistance of the
Q-Rohr have been proven under extreme explosion conditions by relevant
institutions like
a.o. FM/U.S.A., DMT/Germany and
Ciba Geigy/Switzerland.
The ECO-Q-Rohr is approved for explosion dust classes ST 1 and 2 (up
to Kst value 250 bar x m/s). |

Explosion, spark and flame
front isolation with EXKOP
The compact EXKOP system hold flames or sparks back
from entering the interconnecting pipe lines from one
process to another thereby preventing secondary explosions.
The user friendly EXKOP is a simple device consisting of a minimum of
one quench valve QV and a self monitoring safety controller with data
storage. The QV is activated by the ordinary plant air pressure system
and has a fail-safe reserve air tank in the
event of a plant air system failure. |

Elevator-EX
Explosion protection of elevators.
The ECO-Q-Rohr vents the base and the top of the elevator without the
need for addiontional vent ducts. Infrared sensors detect an entering
flame and trigger a water mist suppression system.
Fine water mist extinguishes the flame and stops continuation of the
explosion. |
